The ANSES website is a strategic tool that enables it to fulfil its communication mission towards the general public as well as the scientific community and its stakeholders. The site has now been entirely revamped. This full overhaul has been guided by several main objectives: improved access to information, more extensive explanations of the missions and work of the Agency, and a more intuitive user interface. So click on to discover the new "www.anses.fr" website.
Bisphenol A, radiofrequencies, balanced diet, food safety... More than ever before, the public requires clear information and baselines. And the ANSES website is a strategic tool for fulfilling the Agency's communications mission. Its new version reflects our desire to provide benchmark scientific information and to keep ahead of the public's demands while facilitating access to our work.
With approximately 15 000 documents available (opinions, reports, articles, information sheets, pamphlets, etc.), the ANSES website has an encyclopaedic structure and aims to be a veritable information resource.
Its goal: a site that's more accessible, more user-friendly and better connected to the newest forms of communication.
It also offers entirely revised editorial content in both French and English which reflects the Agency's cross-cutting activities, including newly-drafted summary files presenting the wide scope of ANSES's missions and activities. Each article has links to various types of content (opinions, news items, pamphlets, periodical articles, etc.) as well as to other topics likely to be of interest to the reader.
Site navigation is now more intuitive, with an alphabetical index of articles for keyword searches, and direct access from the Homepage to the Agency's opinions and reports.
And finally, so that users can make the site their own, ANSES provides new tools such as the creation of a personal on-line account and page sharing on the social networks, including twitter @Anses_fr, where the Agency has an account since January.
