ANSES is today launching the new version of the E-Phy database, the reference website for all plant protection products, adjuvants, fertilisers and growing media – and their uses – authorised in France. The new E-Phy website has kept the same structure and concept as the previous one: it is designed to help users find product sheets, classified by product category. Boasting new features, direct access to the different types of products right from the home page, data on a larger number of products (fertilisers, growing media, mixed products, etc.) and searches facilitated by new filters, in just a few clicks the new E-Phy provides a snapshot of the authorisations relating to all the products at any given time.
As the reference database for plant protection products, fertilisers, growing media and adjuvants, E-Phy provides a snapshot of the marketing authorisation (MA) situation of the products at any given time.
As part of its new missions to manage marketing authorisations for these products, ANSES has taken over management of the site and given it a complete overhaul.
Access to information in just a few clicks
The new E-Phy site has kept the same structure and concept as the previous one: it is designed to help users find product sheets, classified by product category. All the features are available at the click of a button, right from the home page, thanks to improved ergonomics. This allows quick access to the different products via a simple search (name, MA number). But E-Phy also offers new features to meet the expectations expressed by users, such as the categorisation of products authorised for organic farming.
Easier and more precise searching
To refine searches and speed up access to the data, the new version of the E-Phy site now also offers users the option of filtering their searches according to a number of criteria: the status of the product, its function or use, whether it is intended for private gardens, or can be used during the flowering season (Mention Abeille), etc.
The E-Phy site is designed to evolve over time, and other features will be added in the months to come, with the constant aim of increasing the search capabilities and meeting the expectations of all its users.
