Launch of the fourth edition of the call for projects on environmental health
Green Data for Health and the Health Data Hub are joining forces to launch the fourth call for projects on environmental health for research and innovation. It aims to fund and facilitate innovative projects that combine environmental and health data.
Our environment – whether this means exposure to pollutants, climate disruption or diet – has a direct influence on our health. To gain a better understanding of the links between health and environment, and to support research, the fourth edition of the call for projects on the reuse of health and environmental data is being launched by the Health Data Hub (HDH) and the Green Data for Health (GD4H) project coordinated by ANSES. This initiative is designed to support projects through the provision of technical and human resources for 18 months, in particular:
- support in working with bodies holding health data, especially when several data sources are involved and need to be combined or cross-referenced,
- assistance in conducting studies, through close support for the regulatory steps and possible provision of access to the technological facilities of the HDH,
- financial support worth €115,000 from the HDH and €20,000 for services relating to work on the data from the GD4H.
Themes of the call:
- Theme 1: Exposome and health
- Theme 2: Health impact of soil pollution
- Theme 3: Antimicrobial resistance
Any project addressing another thematic area relating to environmental health that is not included in these main themes will be considered.
