Technical Affairs & Information Systems Department
The Technical Affairs and Information Systems Department is tasked with developing and maintaining the real-estate and technical portfolio and the information systems for the entire Agency. It also manages logistics and general resources for the Maisons-Alfort sites.
The Technical Affairs and Information Systems Department works for the operational departments, in particular the laboratories, for maintenance and operations, where it is responsible for support and expertise activities in the areas of real estate and computing that require technical skills and share common work methods.
The Technical Affairs and Information Systems Department is also aiming to progressively develop competence in technical engineering and building maintenance for all the ANSES sites, and to become technical guarantor for the facilities (laboratories, elevators, fire systems, containment facilities, etc.), in order to propose and implement solutions that seek to combine economic performance, regulatory compliance and environmental performance. As a support department for the entire Agency, the mission of the Technical Affairs and Information Systems Department is also to advise the General Directorate on formulation of the multi-year policy for real-estate, technical and IT investments.
