Nutrivigilance
Working group
The Working Group (WG) on "Nutrivigilance" reports to the Expert Committee (CES) on "Human nutrition" and is tasked with:
- examining the levels of causality and severity of adverse reactions reported to the nutrivigilance scheme (an activity entrusted to ANSES by Act No. 2009-879 of 21 July 2009 on reform of regional health governance - the HPST Act);
- issuing recommendations with regard to actions to be taken by the Agency: information memos to the relevant supervisory ministries, proposed internal requests, file for future action, or any other measures deemed appropriate for products or ingredients subject to nutrivigilance declarations.
