Take action immediately - do not wait for poisoning symptoms appear. Call the Poison control centre (preferably your regional centre) (in French). Reporting a health and/or environmental issue which might have an impact on human health
To report any deliberate deception relating to a consumer product, defect presenting a hazard during use, or fraudulent or misleading product claims, contact the General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF) to make a declaration of non-compliance.
Depending on the circumstances, you should also contact the consumer services department of the manufacturer or distributor.
