Plants
Working Group
The WG on Plants reports to the CES on "Human Nutrition". Its task is to identify plants that may present a risk to human health when consumed for nutritional purposes, especially in the form of food supplements. It is also responsible for conducting risk assessments for the plants of greatest concern and making recommendations to protect the most vulnerable populations.
