The newsletter mailing management service involves the processing of personal data, which is managed by ANSES.

The purpose is to manage the mailing of ANSES's newsletters.
It enables ANSES to manage subscriptions.
Legal basis
Article 6 (1) a of the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR
The person concerned (data subject) has given consent to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose described above.
Data processed
- First and last names
- E-mail address
- Parent organisation (in some cases)
- Telephone number (in some cases)
- Subscription date
- Statistics related to the newsletter service
They come from the entry of these data by the person wishing to receive the newsletter when registering online.
If not all the data mentioned as required in the web form are provided, the request cannot be processed.
Processing does not involve automated decision-making.

- The ANSES general newsletter
- The bulletin for ANSES's vigilance schemes: Vigil’Anses
- The newsletter of the table of nutritional composition of foods: Ciqual
- The bulletin of the SCA platform for food-chain safety: Busca
- The weekly international health monitoring bulletin: BHVSI
- The Bulletin Epidémiologique on Animal Health & Nutrition
- The plant health epidemiosurveillance platform newsletter
- The veterinary medicinal products newsletter

- For Busca: the Laboratory for Food Safety and the Directorate General for Food, partner of the SCA platform
- For the BHVSI and the Bulletin Epidémiologique on Animal Health & Nutrition: the Epidemiology and Surveillance Support Unit and the Directorate General for Food, partner of the Bulletin Epidémiologique and the ESA platform
- For the plant health epidemiosurveillance platform newsletter: the Epidemiology and Surveillance Support Unit and the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment (INRAe)
- For the veterinary medicinal products newsletter: the French Agency for Veterinary Medicinal Products (ANMV)
Data transfers outside the EU
No data are transferred outside the European Union.
Storage period
ANSES keeps the e-mail address as long as the data subject does not unsubscribe (via the unsubscribe link in the newsletters).
