Physical activities – Our recommendations for children and adolescents

Starting physical activity at a very early age is essential to good health. It is important to adopt an active lifestyle throughout life, from a very early age. Giving preference to activities with family or friends, combining sport, play and pleasure, or offering a variety of activities: these are the keys to keeping children motivated, and limiting the time spent sedentary in front of a screen!
