You are never too old for sport! Keeping active is essential for maintaining good health. Regular exercise is known to prevent many diseases. Sports clubs and associations offer workshops and classes specifically for seniors. Age is not a problem, you are never too old to lace up your trainers (again) – provided you go about it gradually!
